1. Relevant Content Only

Members must only post content that is directly relevant to the discussion topic. Flooding the forum with irrelevant materials, spam, or off-topic posts is strictly prohibited and may result in a warning or blacklisting.

2. Respectful Communication

All members are expected to communicate respectfully at all times. Harassment, insults, hate speech, or any form of discriminatory language towards other members will not be tolerated under any circumstances.

3. Active Participation

Members are expected to participate actively in discussions. If a member has not communicated for a long time, they will receive 2 warnings. Failure to respond within the stipulated time will result in automatic blacklisting for a configured period.

4. Academic Integrity

All contributions must be original or properly credited. Plagiarism, copying answers without acknowledgment, or sharing quiz answers with other members is a serious violation and will lead to immediate blacklisting.

5. Quiz Conduct

When a quiz is active, members must attempt it individually and honestly. The quiz will auto-submit when time expires. Late joiners will not be given extra time. Any attempt to cheat will result in disqualification.

6. Privacy & Exclusions

Members may choose to exclude specific people from certain communications. However, this feature must not be abused to bully or isolate other members unfairly. Misuse will be treated as harassment.

7. Administrator Decisions Are Final

Administrators have the authority to issue warnings, blacklist members, and remove content that violates these rules. Their decisions are final. Members may appeal by contacting the forum coordinator directly.

8. Consequences of Violations

First violation: Warning issued.
Second violation: Final warning issued.
Third violation: Automatic blacklisting for a configured duration.
